Soccer Field Reservations
We are letting coaches who live in the Woods use the soccer fields for soccer or baseball practice.

The following times have already been reserved:
- Ed Anderson Soccer Friday 5:30-6:30 April 1-June 11
This form will serve as an official reservation permit - the named person has the right to use the field and ask that anyone using the field at the same time to please vacate the field for the time period listed. Any questions should be directed to the Woods Hotline 216-556-0722.
